OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative (FM / MEP Services)
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Outdoor Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for generating new business and managing key accounts within the Facility Management and MEP services sector. This role involves face-to-face meetings, client presentations, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development:
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales leads within the assigned territory.
• Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients across various sectors (commercial, residential, industrial).
• Actively participate in networking events and industry forums.
• Sales Process Management:
• Conduct client meetings to understand their FM/MEP needs and challenges.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's service offerings and the competitive landscape.
• Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services to existing clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential:
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in FM, MEP, construction, or related services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Desirable:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Existing network of contacts in the local FM/MEP industry.
• Experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
