Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Visit optical stores, optometrists, and optical distributors to introduce and promote company products.
Present and demonstrate lenses, frames, and sunglasses, including features, materials, and pricing.
Actively acquire new clients and expand the company's presence in the optical market.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify potential market opportunities and provide feedback to management.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide excellent after-sales service and support.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.
Handle client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge
Maintain updated knowledge of optical lenses (single vision, bifocal, progressive, coatings, materials).
Understand frame materials (acetate, metal, TR90, stainless steel, titanium) and styles.
Stay informed about sunglasses trends and brand differentiators.
Keep up-to-date on competitor products and pricing.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily visit reports and update customer databases.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding stock availability, orders, and logistics.
