Outdoor Sales Associate - Automotive Industry (Female)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Female Outdoor Sales Associate

with a passion for the automotive industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting our automotive products and services, and achieving sales targets through field visits. A valid

driving license

and a good understanding of

automotive technical knowledge

are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell automotive products (vehicles, parts, services). Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automotive solutions based on technical requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and explain key technical features and benefits. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide accurate and timely reports on customer interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues. Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Female candidate only

driving license

(manual and/or automatic). Proven experience in automotive sales or a technical sales environment. Sound

technical knowledge

of automotive systems, parts, and functions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in outdoor or field sales in the automotive sector. Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
