Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Representative for Interior & Exterior Fit Out Divisions to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our products. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and offering tailored solutions that showcase the value and capabilities of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Target Client: Identify and target potential clients in industries that require technical solutions, such as Interior and Exterior Solar Shading, Architectural Glazing with Minimalist approach, Acoustic Ceiling and Walls and more.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various means, such as cold calling, networking, attending events, or using online tools and databases.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to gain their trust and loyalty.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver sales presentations to showcase the value of the products or services, addressing the needs and pain points of to potential customers.
  • Closing Sales: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to secure new contracts, agreements, or purchase orders from customers.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and goals set by the company to contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Travel: As an outdoor sales representative, you may need to travel frequently within your designated sales territory or region to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Product Demonstrations: If applicable, conduct product demonstrations to show how a product works and its potential benefits.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sale support by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Self-Management: Organize and prioritize your work efficiently, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of self-discipline as field sales often requires autonomy and self-direction.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses for reimbursement purposes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to effectively convey ideas, information, and product details to customers in a clear, persuasive, and engaging manner is crucial. Strong communication skills help build rapport, address objections, and close deals.
