Job Description

We are looking to hire enthusiastic and driven Outdoor Sales Representatives to generate leads and drive sales of our range of motorcycles. The outdoor sales representative's responsibilities include travelling outdoors to meet potential customers and close deals, submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. You should also be able to create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.

• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
• Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
• Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
• Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Motorcycle license issued in UAE.
• Good communication skills in English. Any other languages are an added advantage.
• Must be willing to travel outdoors on the motorcycle to visit potential customers. This will be 90% outdoor work after the completion of a couple of weeks of training in the showroom.
• Knowledge of working with MS Excel.
• Able to quickly understand how to use new software and applications.
• Knowledge of Dubai locations and using the GPS to navigate.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Salary & benefits

• You will receive a fixed salary of AED 2000 to 2500 per month inclusive of fuel expenses.
• Attractive incentive structure which will be paid monthly along with your salary. No limit on incentive earned.
• Company provided motorcycle, sim card and tablet.
