Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow sales of building materials by identifying new business opportunities.
Conduct outdoor client visits to promote products and generate new orders.
Prepare and submit accurate quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and clear terms.
Manage the procurement of building materials, ensuring timely delivery as per project requirements.
Negotiate with traders and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update supplier and client databases, tracking performance and pricing trends.
Evaluate offers and select the most cost effective options based on price, quality, and service.
Oversee sourcing, price comparisons, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient, cost-effective purchasing.
Requirements:
Diploma or a related field.
Minimum 1-year of outdoor sales / purchasing experience in Building Materials Trading.
Strong negotiation, pricing, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Building Materials.
Driving license: REQUIRED.

English, Urdu, Hindi (Required)
