Job description Freelance Sales Agent Regent Middle East is looking for a result driven freelance sales agents with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and promote our Certified Management Program. Certified Management Program is a live engaging, interactive, executive training program powered by Regent Middle East. Selva Pankaj---Founder/CEO of Regent group and his team of highly experienced professionals and curated group of global leaders in the field. Responsibilities Present, Promote and sell our program using solid reasoning and by creating awareness to our prospective customers. Implementing new sales plans and advertising. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of client's problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcome within schedule. Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems and interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback. Requirements and Skills Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record as sales representative. Strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness. A proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Must have big picture and growth mindset. Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong leadership, time management and organisational skills. Must have empathy, ability to handle difficult clients. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Reporting Line Dr Selva Pankaj (Founder/CEO) COMPENSATION Competitive salary as market standards. Salary plus commission. UAE driving license required. Growth opportunities within the team and with Regent Group office globally in UK, USA, KSA and India. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
