Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated and hardworking Outdoors Sales Representative to join our team and help increase sales. As an Outdoors Sales Representative you will cultivate relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, offer appropriate solutions and persuade them to purchase our products.

- Achieve monthly sales goals and annual targets
- Generate ongoing revenue by building sales relationships and closing deals with customers
- Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers by understanding their needs, providing appropriate solutions and persuading them to purchase our products
- Develop strategies to increase sales, attract and convert new customers
- Provide product information to customers to increase awareness and sales
- Identify and establish processes to improve customer service
- Remain up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities and product advancements
- At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 sales experience preferably in a digital/outdoor environment
- Ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
- Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles
