Job Description

Job brief We are looking for a competitive Field/Outdoor Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients for the company\'s hospitality department. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, they will also research sales competition. Duties and Responsibilities

• Presenting sales proposals to potential customers/clients
• Evaluating customer needs
• Selling company products
• Educating customers on products
• Developing effective sales strategy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
• Monitoring competitor activities
• Maintaining good relationships with customers/clients
• Conducting market and industry research
• Negotiating with existing and potential customers/clients
• Maintaining records of sales leads
• Resolving customer complaints
• Collaborating with the marketing department

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Outdoor Sales
• Experience with CRM software
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with different sales techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
