• What you will be doing:

Set and achieve sales goals and quotas and target as per management requirement - Conduct prospective calls and visits to develop new business prospects. - Create as well as present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business. - Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales. - Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory. - Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales. - Maintain reports for ongoing updates on sales status and supply management with verbal and written reports. - Submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of our services' features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. - Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers. - Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers. - Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials. - Researching competitors services and pricing as well as market conditions.

• What you need to have:

- 3+ years outdoor sales of Fit out works experience - Minimum 2 years experience in UAE market - Valid UAE driving license - Ability to achieve high sales targets - Passionate about delivering excellent service - Fluent in English

- Negotiation skills - Excellent Customer Service - Achiever/Result-driven - Proactivity and ability to self-direct - Professionalism and punctuality
