The Role
we are a 21 year old company who specialize in wholesale of building hardware specializing in marketing and distributing to other retail clients, and we are looking out for candidates who are young, energetic and willing to grasp order from a very challenging market. If you have eagerness to work hard and willingness to grow and prosper then you are a perfect fit. The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling building hardware products to customers in the UAE-Abu Dhabi region. This role requires a proactive and driven individual with excellent communication and sales skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the building hardware industry. - Identify and target new business opportunities through networking, market research. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. - Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and features. - Travel to various locations within the UAE-Abu Dhabi region to meet with clients and conduct sales activities. Candidates with their own free lance / sponsored visa will be preferred. KINDLY NOTE THIS IS A PERFORMANCE BASED JOB, MORE YOU SELL THE MORE YOU GET PAID

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the building hardware industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with customers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong networking and relationship building abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must be willing to travel within the UAE-Abu Dhabi region. - Valid UAE driver\'s license. - Fluent in English, Hindi, Arabic is a plus.
