We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the chocolate Industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
Maintain and update CRM system with sales activities and customer information
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
Qualifications:
5 years experience in a sales role in the chocolate industry (B2B or B2C depending on the industry)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required)
