Sales & Marketing Executive
to promote and grow our range of
aroma diffuser machines and scent solutions
. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales acumen and marketing creativity, especially in B2B sectors like hospitality, retail, healthcare, and corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients including hotels, spas, showrooms, offices, and retailers.
Present product demos and scenting solutions to clients, both in-person and virtually.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence and digital marketing campaigns.
Assist in creating marketing materials, proposals, and promotional offers.
Coordinate with operations for installation, maintenance, and refills.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Prepare regular sales reports and attend internal sales meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (experience in fragrance, hospitality, or equipment sales is a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with cold-calling and client visits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Ads, Mailchimp).
Fluency in English & Arabic is a
MUST
Must have a valid driver's license & own car.
