Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking
Promote and sell products or services to new and existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in person
Collect market intelligence and report customer feedback to management
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and support
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Provide after-sales support and address customer complaints or issues
Plan and execute territory coverage strategy efficiently
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the sales manager
Ensure compliance with company policies and branding guidelines
