To generate new business and strengthen partnerships with retailers, pharmacies, salons, clinics, and distributors in the skincare & cosmetics sector across GCC.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential B2B clients (pharmacies, beauty centers, dermatology clinics, retail stores).
Promote skincare and cosmetic products, highlighting features and benefits.
Negotiate pricing, margins, and order quantities.
Manage sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collect market intelligence (competitor pricing, promotions, new launches).
Work closely with marketing team for product launches and promotions.
Requirements
Male or Female, preferably with previous
cosmetics / skincare sales experience
.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Must be comfortable with
outdoor sales, field visits, and client meetings
.
Knowledge of GCC retail & wholesale beauty market is an advantage.
Willing to travel within Dubai using public transport (if no own vehicle)
Languages: English required, Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per year
