motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive
to join our growing
Fit-Out and Interior Design
team. This role involves meeting clients, promoting our services, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned areas.
This opportunity is ideal for energetic individuals who are confident, outgoing, and passionate about design and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients, contractors, and business establishments to promote
fit-out and interior services
.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
Present and explain service offerings, design concepts, and project benefits to customers.
Gather client requirements and coordinate with the design/operations team.
Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Report daily visits, leads, and sales performance to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
outdoor or field sales
(preferably in fit-out/interior design or related industries).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Strong
presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
.
Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license
preferred.
