Outdoor Sales Executives
to lead client acquisition efforts for our email marketing platform across the UAE. In this role, you will manage the
entire sales cycle
-- from identifying potential leads through outbound efforts, engaging clients, delivering product demonstrations, closing deals, and coordinating handovers to our customer success team.

Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the
sales cycle
:
Prospect and generate leads through direct/outdoor marketing and outbound activities.
Qualify potential clients by understanding their marketing needs.
Present and demonstrate MailerSpot's platform in person.
Negotiate terms and close deals.
Coordinate with the implementation and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
Actively approach businesses (retailers, SMEs, agencies, corporates) to promote MailerSpot's solutions.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
Operate independently in planning daily visits and identifying high-potential areas.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
Represent MailerSpot professionally during field activities and business events.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in
outdoor sales
, direct marketing, or business development.
Background in SaaS, digital marketing tools, or IT services is advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, resourceful, and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Professional appearance and confident in client-facing roles.
Basic understanding of email marketing concepts (training on platform features will be provided).
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
UAE driving license
is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
Must be currently in the UAE --
