Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



New Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients in the UAE building materials market. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sales Growth:

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation. Promote cash sales to improve cash flow and enhance financial performance.
Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the company's product offerings and updates. Communicate product features and benefits to clients effectively.
Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights into market trends and customer feedback. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Salesman in the building materials industry in the UAE. Strong understanding of the UAE market, with established connections in the building materials sector. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
