Duties & Responsibilities

Field Sales & Client Visits

Conduct daily outdoor visits to gyms, fitness centers, pharmacies, health stores, clinics, and sports clubs. Present and promote nutrition and dietary supplement products to potential and existing clients. Build strong relationships with trainers, coaches, nutritionists, and store managers.

Order Generation & Sales Targets

Generate new sales orders and follow up to close deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management. Ensure proper product placement and availability at customer locations.

Product Knowledge & Education

Maintain strong knowledge of nutrition products, ingredients, benefits, and usage. Educate customers and clients about product features, promotions, and new launches. Support product demonstrations and sampling activities when required.

Market Development

Identify new business opportunities and potential accounts in assigned areas. Expand distribution by opening new accounts and increasing product range per customer. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market.

Collections & Account Follow-up

Follow up on outstanding payments according to agreed credit terms. Coordinate with finance and sales administration regarding invoices and collections.

Reporting & Communication

Submit daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly performance summaries. Maintain accurate customer data, order records, and visit schedules. Communicate customer feedback, complaints, and market insights to management.

Promotions & Marketing Support

Support marketing campaigns, events, fitness expos, and in-store promotions. Ensure proper display of promotional materials (posters, stands, banners).

Compliance & Company Representation

Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices. Represent the company professionally at all times. Ensure compliance with local regulations related to nutrition and supplement sales.
