At Moezali & Marhaba Trading LLC, we are currently looking to fill positions for Outdoor Sales Executive and Sales Executive in Dubai and Qatar.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualities and skills. Since these positions require a driving license and local area knowledge, we are particularly interested in individuals with the following exposure:

Job Details / Accountability:

Conduct outdoor sales activities to promote our lighting products to potential customers. Actively engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end-users to understand their lighting needs and preferences. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our lighting equipment range, including features, specifications, and applications. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on selecting the most suitable lighting solutions for their projects. Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Lighting Equipment Showroom. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Act as a brand ambassador for the showroom, representing our products and values to potential clients. Organize and participate in showroom events, presentations, and product launches. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Provide insights to the management team to support decision-making and strategic planning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle customer feedback and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and after-sales support, to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outdoor sales, particularly in showroom sales for lighting equipment. In-depth knowledge of lighting products, trends, and applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with the UAE market and construction industry. Valid UAE driving license. ( Must ) Well-versed experience in the local market and areas. Ability to speak and understand English, Hindi & Arabic (Arabic is not mandatory but would be a plus).

Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience.
