Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Meet clients onsite to present company services, understand requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure timely payment collection.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Regularly update CRM/records with sales activities and client interactions.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT sales, preferably selling AMC services.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Familiarity with IT hardware, networking, and support services is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
