Supporting the branches:
Receiving and collecting the prescriptions sent from all branches for modifications and/or additions. Recording of received invoices in the Tracking sheet. Arranging and segregating of invoices per facility or as advised by the Supervisor. Visiting the clinics on daily basis to do the needed additions and/or modifications. Sending the Insurance Correction report to the branches with the details of corrected invoices before sending them to the branch. Packing the corrected invoices and sending them back to the branches. Keeping a clear, updated and informative Tracking sheet of the pending, done, and undergoing corrections. Filling of Daily Facility Visits Form. Respond to urgent requests by the branches. Assist other coordinators if required.
Reporting and Communication
Prepare regular reports on relevant objectives. Present findings and recommendations to insurance coordinator supervisor. Communicate with the branches and/ or the concerned employee to point out any detected findings and their impacts on the insurance process.

Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
