We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Customer Service Representative with experience in the chocolate or F&B industry. The ideal candidate will handle both indoor and outdoor sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and participate in tenders for government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Drive indoor and outdoor sales to meet monthly targets.
Prepare and submit tender documents for government and corporate entities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct product presentations and sampling when needed.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with production for order fulfillment.
Prepare invoices and ensure accurate billing.
Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
