We are looking for an experienced Reservation Manager to oversee and manage all outbound travel bookings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel reservations, supplier negotiations, and team leadership, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service for both B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the outbound reservations team Oversee booking processes for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, airlines, and hotel partners Negotiate competitive rates and ensure profit margins are met Handle complex itineraries and VIP client requirements Ensure timely confirmations, accurate documentation, and smooth travel arrangements Resolve booking issues and handle customer complaints professionally Monitor team performance and implement operational improvements
