We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in both Arabic and English, with a proven track record in sales. The role involves managing customer interactions, driving sales, and creating a positive experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers and provide exceptional service to drive sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Generate leads through various channels and follow up effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance suitable for representing the company in social media videos and other promotional materials.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role in Dubai, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
Presentation: Professional appearance and demeanor, with the confidence to appear in marketing content.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse customer needs.
Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of local market trends in Dubai.
Previous experience in social media marketing or content creation.
Valid UAE driver's license.
