Contact potential or existing customers via phone based on a list of existing warm leads
Follow call scripts to ensure consistent communication & compliance
Identify customers' needs & present products or services
Convert leads into sales
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
Handle objections professionally & provide persuasive responses
Follow up on interested prospects & maintain accurate records of calls & outcomes
Update information in CRM
Maintain product knowledge up-to-date
Actively share feedback from customers to help improve products or marketing strategies
Work Schedule & Shift Details
9 hours on site as follows:
2 hours working
15 minutes break
1h 45 min. working
1 hour lunch break
2 hours working
15 minutes break
1h 45 min. working
Days off: Saturday and Sunday as the customer base is located in the US
Starting Time: Either 4PM or 5 PM - both in Cairo Time
NB: Shifts are fixed but may be adjusted based on business needs
Base Salary 13,000 EGP gross
Attendance Bonus: 1,000 EGP gross
Commissions based on the number of sales: 500 EGP per confirmed sale
Transportation Allowance: Approx. 1,300 EGP
Training Length
: 5 days
Training Payment
= 1,000 EGP paid with 1 month in arrears (you need to be in production for 1 calendar month)
