We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell our hair mist products across beauty salons (B2B) and directly to customers (B2C). The role includes daily salon visits, building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and increasing brand visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Visit salons daily to introduce, promote, and sell products
Achieve monthly sales targets (B2B & B2C)
Create strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and staff
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling
Open new accounts and maintain existing clients
Follow up on orders, payments, and re-stocking
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Communicate market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Ensure proper product display and visibility at points of sale
Participate in events, activations, and open days
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Experience in outdoor sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Presentable and confident personality
Ability to work independently and meet targets
UAE driving license ( mandatory)
Good English; Arabic is a plus
Willingness to travel across different areas daily
