If you can plan and execute various activities as per company strategy to secure our products\' availability and visibility on the marketplace, then this role is just for you!WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEPerform end-to-end shipment planning.Perform truck and manpower allocation (route planning).Coordinate with the transport vendor for daily operations.Coordinate the load plan with 3PL.Coordinate the loading of outbound deliveries.Supervise manpower attendance.Ensure picking and loading are completed on time.Ensure all planned deliveries are dispatched on time.Monitor vendor performance and highlight any issues to the supervisor.Ensure system PGI is completed and invoice creation.Ensure all sets of documentation are prepared and handed over to the delivery team.Reconcile invoice quantity against physical loaded quantity.Coordinate with the warehouse team on market returns.Execute administrative tasks and reports relevant to daily operations.Analyze delivery performance and extract value-added insights and trends.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or diploma.Previous experience in logistics operations within FMCG industry.Excellent MS Office proficiency & PowerBI.Excellent proficiency in SAP.Full proficiency of English and Arabic languages.SkillsExcellent Communication Skills.Passion for Growth.Team Commitment.Objective Analytical Power.Influencing others.Self-development.Key Requirements (Optional):Driving License.LeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
