Our company is looking for an Outbound Holiday Manager preferably with below details: Responsibilities:
- Research various destinations and means of travel OUTSIDE UAE.
- Diagnose client\xe2\x80\x99s specifications; wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
- Organize travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and hotel accommodation, tours, transfers, etc. OUTSIDE UAE (ex. Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Europe, etc.)
- Prepare promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Working experience as a Holiday Manager with at least 3-5 years in a Tourism Company.
- Excellent knowledge in creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing.
- Knowledgeable in handling customers inquiries and complaint
- Prompt reply to the email inquiries from B2B and B2C client
- Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tour packages OUTSIDE UAE especially Group Packages.
- A demonstrable interest in travel
- Knowledge of key holiday destinations is IMPORTANT
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Typing Speed skills
- Good time management skills
- Travel Agent: 3 years (Required)
