Our company is looking for an Outbound Holiday Manager preferably with below details: Responsibilities:
Research various destinations and means of travel OUTSIDE UAE.
Diagnose client\xe2\x80\x99s specifications; wishes and suggest suitable travel packages
Organize travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and hotel accommodation, tours, transfers, etc. OUTSIDE UAE (ex. Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Europe, etc.)
Prepare promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages.
Requirements:
Working experience as a Holiday Manager with at least 3-5 years in a Tourism Company.
Excellent knowledge in creating quotations, travel itineraries, and package costing.
Knowledgeable in handling customers inquiries and complaint
Prompt reply to the email inquiries from B2B and B2C client
Must know how to handle hotels, excursions & tour packages OUTSIDE UAE especially Group Packages.
Key skills for tour operators:
A demonstrable interest in travel
Knowledge of key holiday destinations is IMPORTANT
Foreign language skills are an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills
Communication skills
Customer service skills
Organizational skills
Typing Speed skills
Good time management skills
