Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clients to generate leads and drive conversions.
Educate prospects about our products/services and tailor solutions based on their needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand trust and loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
1-3 years in outbound sales, preferably in
Real Estate, Credit Card Sales, Crypto, Forex, or iGaming
.
Communication Skills:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sales Driven:
Target-oriented with a proven track record of closing deals.
Tech-savvy:
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales software.
Resilient & Motivated:
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Languages:
Fluent in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus like Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada).
