with a strong background in fleet sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial fleets, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting tyre solutions tailored to truck, bus, and off-the-road (mining, construction, industrial) applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell TBR and OTR tyres to fleet customers, logistics companies, transporters, and heavy equipment operators.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers and procurement teams.
Conduct on-site visits to assess tyre usage, recommend suitable products, and offer tyre management solutions.
Identify new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle and off-road sectors.
Provide after-sales support, including tyre performance tracking, warranty handling, and issue resolution.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in assigned territories.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to fleet customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain records of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure proper fitment, rotation, and maintenance for fleet accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in TBR/OTR tyre sales, preferably in a fleet-oriented role.
Strong knowledge of commercial and off-the-road tyre applications, patterns, and performance metrics.
Proven track record of building and growing fleet accounts.
Understanding of tyre maintenance, pressure monitoring, and lifecycle costing.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
