is seeking to hire an

Operating Room Nurse

to join the hospital's surgical team. The nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures, supporting the surgical team, and strictly adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

Key requirements:

Minimum of one year of work experience in the UAE, proficiency in English., and a valid

Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license

Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room and sterilize equipment before each procedure. Prepare patients for surgery, including assessments and necessary preparations. Assist the surgeon and anesthesia team during surgical procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs during and after surgery. Manage and document surgical instruments and medical materials used. Handle emergency situations in the operating room efficiently. Provide post-operative care and monitor early patient recovery. Ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene protocols in the operating room.

Requirements:

Nursing degree / Bachelor of Nursing recognized by relevant authorities.

Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license.

Minimum of one year of experience as an Operating Room Nurse in the UAE. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of surgical procedures, medical equipment, and sterilization tools.

Skills:

Organizational skills and precision under pressure. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication skills with patients and medical staff. Ability to respond to emergencies and make quick, effective decisions.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
