Providing comprehensive scrub and circulating nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties.
Preparing the operating room with strict adherence to aseptic techniques and ensuring all equipment is sterile and functional.
Assisting surgeons and the surgical team efficiently during procedures, anticipating their needs.
Monitoring patients' vital signs and conditions throughout surgery and during immediate post-operative care.
Managing surgical instruments, supplies, and specimens with utmost precision and care.
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient and surgical records.
We Require:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
A valid
DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility letter
is
mandatory
.
A minimum of
2-3 years
of recent, continuous experience as an OT Nurse in a reputable hospital.
Proven experience in handling complex surgical procedures.
Exceptional knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical procedures, and patient safety protocols.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
A compassionate, calm, and professional demeanor under pressure.
