This is a full-time, on-site role for an OT Laparoscopy Registered Nurse, located in Dubai. The OT Registered Nurse will be responsible for preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for patients undergoing surgery. Day-to-day tasks include preparing operating rooms, monitoring patients during surgery, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring all surgical instruments are sterile and available. The nurse will also participate in patient consultations and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications
Proficiency in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care
Experience in preparing operating rooms and ensuring all surgical instruments are sterile and available
Skills in patient monitoring and assisting surgeons during procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultations
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, with specialization or experience in operating room nursing is preferred
CPR and BLS certifications
