Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients at home.
Administer medications and monitor patient health.
Assist with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families about care plans and health maintenance.
Requirements:
Must hold an active
DHA License

Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or hospital settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple patients.
