About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ORION Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting ORION ERP solutions. The candidate should possess both technical proficiency and strong functional understanding of core business processes to effectively align system capabilities with organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements across Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, HR, and other ORION ERP modules. Configure and customize ORION ERP modules as per client-specific needs. Develop and maintain reports, workflows, and integrations with third-party applications using API. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with the development team. Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance optimization. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Work with project managers to ensure on-time delivery of implementation milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ORION ERP implementation and customization. Strong knowledge of ORION functional modules (Finance, SCM, Distribution, HR, Manufacturing, etc.). Technical proficiency in Java, Oracle. Experience with API integrations, web services, and third-party systems. Strong understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, procurement, sales). Ability to work in both functional and technical roles. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in ORION ERP versions commonly used in GCC / MENA region. Familiarity with cloud deployments and integrations. Prior consulting experience in large-scale ERP implementations.
