Key Accountabilities
We are looking for a\' Learning &Development Coordinator\' based in Dubai -Regional Hub of AMEA, who will be part of an international team working transversally with multiple global business units and corporate functions in Paris, responsible for AMEA wide governance and delivery of ;
Driving the implementation and governance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Management System (TMS) (SEZAME - Success Factors ) in the AMEA region by coordinating across the various countries
Regular communication and follow-up with the ENGIE Group learning & training squad and country learning partners
Data collection and data checks, creating and revising training catalogue / library, training history
Implementation of the LMS and TMS (by November 2023)
Organization and supporting the learning week (Engie University AMEA U.Camp during the 23rd -27th of October 2023) by collaborating with various stakeholders, managing logistics and clear coordination.
Regular communication and follow-up with the ENGIE University (U.Camp) project team and AMEA stakeholders
Collecting training nominations, validating and registering, coordinating with country HR & line managers
Coordinating the logistics and event management during the U.Camp
Analysis of the AMEA U.Camp ( participation rates, learning hours, budget management, employee satisfaction etc)
Performing coordination and communication tasks necessary to deliver high-quality Talent & Career Development solutions (Employee Engagement Survey, Wellness Activities and training Coordination) for AMEA Region.
Support the learning & development initiatives for AMEA talents and Managers.

Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience
3-5 years working within Human Resources and a minimum of three or more years of experience in the talent/learning/training / organizational development function, in Multinational Companies.
Experience with global programs preferred.
Experience in HRIS systems specifically in Learning Management, Training Management preferred.
Background in the energy sector is looked upon favourably
Fluent written and spoken English
Knowledge and Skills
In-depth knowledge of general HR Learning and Talent Management systems and processes.
Proven project management, coordination and analytical skills
Competent in Ms Excel
Adaptability and flexibility.
Strong autonomy and a self-starter
Excellent relationship building ability & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a broad cultural spectrum and in a fast-moving environment.
Demonstrated ability to recommend appropriate learning and development solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current leadership and management development trends
