Purpose of the Job:

Based in Dubai -Regional Hub of AMEA, you will be part of an international team working transversally with multiple global business units and corporate functions in Paris, responsible for AMEA wide design, governance and delivery of People management and organizational development function.

Key accountabilities:
  • Drive implementation of effective functional programs, processes and activities related to Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, employee engagement and retention for all AMEA region across different geographies and business.
  • Deliver talent services for AMEA region through advising, best practice and new initiatives sharing and assistance in the roll out of corporate programs.
  • As a Talent Strategist, perform related coordination and communication tasks necessary to deliver high-quality Talent & Career Development solutions for AMEA Region.
  • Lead the ENGIE & Me (employee engagement survey) process for AMEA region
  • Participate in the design and implementation of the People Position Review process for AMEA, and support in the regional calibration process. Collate and analyse data for all region and work on action plans derive from this process.
  • Lead and manage the development journey for the ENGIE Booster Program for AMEA. Including 1:1 coaching sessions with participants.
  • Lead the Mentoring Program for AMEA.
  • Lead and coordinate the wellbeing activities in the Regional Hub office
  • Lead the U.Learn (e.learning) platform for AMEA Region
  • Support the management of the training budget and learning partners relationship
  • Participate in the design and implementation of the AMEA ExpAND program.
  • Support to develop learning experiences that satisfy identified operational and strategic needs within the region.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of the DEI Roadmap and Fifty Fifty Program across AMEA.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Master\'s Degree or MBA a plus
Experience
  • 5 years working within Human Resources and a minimum of three or more years of experience in the talent function, in Multinational Companies.
  • Experience with global programs and global talent integration preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in Coaching is looked upon favourably (CliftonStrengths Assessment or SHL OPQ32, SHL 360 tools)
  • Background in the energy sector is looked upon favourably
  • Fluent written and spoken English
