Answer customer calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner.
Take accurate orders and enter them into the system.
Coordinate with the production/kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain customer records and update databases as required.
Upsell company products/services when appropriate.
Assist with daily administrative tasks related to orders and customer service.
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
