We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Female Order Taker

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle drive-thru, dine-in, and outdoor orders efficiently.

As an Order Taker, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and accurate assistance with their orders. You will use a headset to take orders from the drive-thru, assist dine-in customers, and support outdoor service when required. Familiarity with our menu, coffee offerings, and persuasive is essential to provide the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take and confirm orders accurately via headset for drive-thru customers. Assist dine-in customers with menu guidance, order taking, and upselling when appropriate. Support outdoor order-taking during peak hours or special requirements. Maintain knowledge of menu items, coffee varieties, and pesuave to answer customer inquiries confidently. Ensure timely and accurate order processing. Work closely with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

Female applicants only. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven customer service experience (hospitality or F&B preferred). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with menu, coffee Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team spirit. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
