Familiarity with Incoterms, international logistics & supply chain documentation
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
Confirm order details with customers, including delivery schedules, pricing, and product availability
Monitor the status of open orders and coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, procurement) to ensure timely fulfillment.
Follow up with vendors and suppliers to expedite order processing and resolve any supply chain issues.
Update customers regularly on order progress, shipment status, and any changes.
Address and resolve order-related issues, such as delays, discrepancies, or product substitutions.
Coordinate with the warehouse/shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and changes.
Prepare reports on order status, back orders, and delivery performance.
