Roles & Responsibilities:

- Reviewing order details such as shipping information or payment details to ensure accuracy
- Coordinating with suppliers or manufacturers to ensure that orders are processed correctly
- Contact customers directly to resolve any issues related to their orders
- Processing orders by updating inventory levels and pricing to ensure that they are accurate
- Updating customer records with order details such as shipping details and tracking numbers
- Air ticket
- Insurance
