Our client is a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions. They are now looking for Order Management Representative to join their Customer Service team.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Enter sales orders in ERP and ensure that order details in system matches customer’s requirements as indicated in customer order form.
- Provide order and shipment confirmation to Customers and ensure that orders are in ready condition and in correct status before each delivery.
- Generates picking list and outbound reports, and submit invoices, delivery documents, instructions, and shipping release to delivery team for shipments.
- Coordinate with other teams/support to complete the request of customers and communicates effectively with Planning and Logistics on customer’s delivery date pull in requests.
- Proactively and promptly update the customer of any delays in deliveries whether a revised delivery date is available or not.
- Generate and analyses pending orders and participates in Pending review meetings to provide feedback on risks to meet the period’s shipment commitment.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Consider improvements and modifications around data analysis and lead the implementation of improvement
Preference
- 2-3 years’ experience in fast paced, matrix & multinational environment in Customer Service team.
- Should have good analytical skills.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Must be reliable and service orientated.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel (formulas), Word, Powerpoint) and ERP systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Excellent English Language written and spoken communication
