Oracle Applications Techno Functional Analyst with in-depth expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Quote to Cash modules,Order Management, Shipping, and Accounts Receivables . Must have been involved in implementing and supporting Oracle R12.
This is a key position in our MIS team. The candidate must work with different business teams and multiple applications such as Oracle EBS, Model N, Selectica CLM, BI, etc. Should have a quick grasp of complex systems, and troubleshoot production issues under pressure especially at month-end and quarter-end times. Should be able to manage multiple development projects, provide production support, communicate effectively, use business speak, and be customer focused. Must be willing to adapt quickly and learn new systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

Elicit business requirements and map business processes
Create functional requirements specifications, designs, and technical specifications
Develop, test, and deploy code
Coordinate with business users, architects, business analysts, developers, DBAs, testers, and migration teams across the globe.
Setup, Extend, and Customize Oracle EBS R12 modules in the Order to Cash flow
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and develop bug fixes
Maintain home grown applications and other business applications like Model N Quoting, Selectica CLM, etc.
Work with and support business users from Marketing, Sales, Operations, Order Management, Finance, and Legal departments
Support integrations between Oracle EBS R12 and other applications like Salesforce, Model N, etc.

Qualifications: Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP including 2 full implementations
In depth functional knowledge of Quote to Cash business processes
Detailed techno-functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Quote to Cash modules especially Order Management, Shipping, Accounts Receivables, System Administration
Familiarity with ship and debit business process (deferred revenue channel business)
Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Discoverer Reports, XML Publisher, SQL Loader, OA Framework, Java, JSP, Unix scripting, Microsoft Visio
Willingness to learn new business applications
Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
Work well under pressure
Be an effective team player
Communicate well across all levels of the organization
Engage business users and gain
