Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform complex surgical procedures related to oral and maxillofacial conditions, including tooth extractions, implants, and corrective jaw surgeries.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of patients' dental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to provide
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
- Specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in oral surgery, demonstrating proficiency in various surgical techniques.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care and a track record of successful surgical outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and manage complex cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
