Our client is a prominent well-established conglomerate in UAE, with a legacy of excellence, they continue to expand their presence across the Middle East, shaping the region\'s retail, automotive, and real estate landscapes. From their commitment to innovation, they are implementing an ERP transformation project for their business, and they need an ORACLE Techno-Functional Analyst with extensive experience in the finance domain.
In this position, you will be a critical link between the finance and technology teams, working closely with systems implementers. Your extensive experience and expertise will be leveraged to validate or challenge proposed solutions, ensuring they align with best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with systems implementers and finance stakeholders to understand business requirements related to financial processes, reporting, compliance, and analysis.
- Validate proposed solutions and ensure they align with best practices and your deep expertise in ERP systems and finance operations.
- Lead the validation and testing phase to assess whether the configured financial processes within the ERP system meet the specified business requirements.
- Develop and implement a change management plan to support the transition to the new ERP.
- Work with the finance team to develop and implement new business processes that leverage the capabilities of the new ERP system.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for the use of the ERP system.
- Recommend new features and functionalities to the finance team.
- Provide technical leadership and be the ORACLE Finance SME to the team.
- 15 Years of experience in the domain, with at least 7 years specific to Oracle Fusion Finance and Accounting functions.
- Worked as a key Finance SME and Analyst for at least 2 major transformation programs.
- Fluency in English is a MUST, and Arabic is a PLUS.
- Bachelor\'s in finance, Accounting, information technology, or related field, Master is a PLUS.
- ORACLE Certifications or training relevant to Finance and Accounting is a PLUS.
