Our client is a prominent well-established conglomerate in UAE, with a legacy of excellence, they continue to expand their presence across the Middle East, shaping the region\'s retail, automotive, and real estate landscapes. From their commitment to innovation, they are implementing an ERP transformation project for their business, and they need an ORACLE Techno-Functional Analyst with extensive experience in the Enterprise Performance Management, Budgeting, and Consolidation processes in addition to reporting, compliance, and analysis.
In this position, you will be a critical link between the Business stakeholders and technology teams, working closely with systems implementers. Your extensive experience and expertise will be leveraged to validate or challenge proposed solutions, ensuring they align with best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with systems implementers and business stakeholders to understand business requirements related to the Enterprise Performance Management, Budgeting, and Consolidation processes in addition to reporting, compliance, and analysis.
- Validate proposed solutions and ensure they align with best practices and your deep expertise in ERP systems and EPM operations.
- Lead the validation and testing phase to assess whether the configured processes within the ERP system meet the specified business requirements.
- Develop a change management plan to support the transition to the new ERP.
- Work with the team to develop and implement new business processes that leverage the capabilities of the new ERP system.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for the use of the ERP.
- Recommend new features and functionalities.
- Provide technical leadership and be the ORACLE SME to the team.
- 15 Years of experience, with at least 7 years in Oracle Fusion Budgeting and Consolidation functions.
- Worked as a key ORACLE SME and Analyst for at least 2 major transformation programs.
- Fluency in English is a MUST, and Arabic is a PLUS.
- Bachelors in finance, Accounting, information technology, or related field, Master is a PLUS.
- Certifications or training relevant to Oracle Fusion Budgeting and Consolidation functions.
