Our client is a prominent well-established conglomerate in UAE, with a legacy of excellence, they continue to expand their presence across the Middle East, shaping the region\'s retail, automotive, and real estate landscapes. From their commitment to innovation, they are implementing an ERP transformation project for their business, and they need an SME (ATG) + Data & BI Lead with extensive experience in Analytics and Data Platforms on cloud ecosystems with cross-functional corporate finance and retail domain expertise.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the corporate data analytics strategy.
• Review the overall Analytics and Data architecture, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval processes.
• Work closely with the SI for implementing the data analytics architecture, ensuring efficient and effective data processing, storage, and analysis capabilities including CXO dashboards and operation/ad-hoc analytics. Identify and prioritize data analytics opportunities.
• Collaborate with business, and functional teams to deliver robust data analytics solutions.
• Support the Data migration along with the outsourced partner.
• Design and develop data analytics solutions to address business needs.
• Work with business stakeholders to define and measure data analytics success criteria.
• Manage the data analytics development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data analytics solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that data analytics solutions are integrated with other systems and processes.
• Communicate the value of data analytics to business stakeholders and help them understand how to use data to make informed decisions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 15 Years of experience, at least 7 years testing large-scale ORACLE transformation projects.
• At least 2 prior experience 2 ORACLE transformation major projects.
• Experience in cloud data platforms and data integration.
• Experience with Data visualization tools like ORACLE Analytics, OCA, Power BI
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts
• Fluency in English is a MUST, and Arabic is a PLUS.
• Bachelors in computer science, Software development, IT, or related field
• Data/Analytics/Business Intelligence/Machine Learning or ORACLE certifications is a PLUS.
