We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with a proven track record in Oracle EBS R12.1.x or higher. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance in HR and Payroll modules, as well as knowledge of other HRMS Cloud modules, especially Core HR and Payroll. You will play a crucial role in facilitating and actively participating in all phases of the implementation cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to system design, development, testing, and implementation. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the design, configuration, and testing of the HCM modules/functionality of Oracle\xe2\x80\x99s E-Business Suite, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency
  • Actively participate in requirements gathering and analysis, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align Oracle HRMS solutions accordingly
  • Provide expert-level guidance in solving complex problems and managing conflict during the change management process
  • Streamline and reengineer business practices to effectively implement various Oracle modules, including Core HR and Payroll, following standardized implementation methodologies
  • Collaborate with business users to design and deploy reports specifications, ensuring comprehensive and accurate reporting capabilities
  • Integrate Oracle Applications with existing client systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data synchronization
  • Ensure the implementation activities adhering to best practices and following project documentation standards
  • Define and establish controls within the system, focusing on solution and segregation of duties
  • Demonstrate strong functional knowledge and professionalism while interacting with clients, ensuring work products and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations
