Qualifications & Experience:
15
+ years of progressive experience
in financial management
Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
Minimum 4
years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
Implementation/Upgrade
5 full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and Upgrade
4 full-cycle Oracle EBS ERP implementations and Upgrade
Strong functional knowledge of
Oracle Fusion modules:
GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Financial Reporting.
Working exposure to
Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials.
Solid understanding of
finance processes, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
Bachelor's
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
(Master's preferred).
Professional
certifications
such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the organization's
financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
activities.
Serve as the
functional lead for Oracle Fusion Financials,
ensuring system optimization and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee
day-to-day financial operations,
including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
Collaborate with IT and business teams to
enhance existing Fusion functionalities
and integrate with other business systems.
Drive
process automation and standardization
initiatives across financial operations.
Provide
functional oversight on Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Leverage prior
EBS experience
to ensure continuity and effective migration or coexistence strategies between EBS and Fusion.
Support
internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements
to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.
Partner with business stakeholders to deliver
financial insights, variance analysis, and decision support.
Mentor and guide finance teams in adopting digital tools and best practices.
Should be able to train and mentor team members effectively.
Should be capable of leading and managing the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Should demonstrate strong pre-sales and presentation skills during client meetings when required.
